Woodlands School 2025 50/50 Raffle

  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Alberta.

    Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    ALBERTA GAMING, LIQUOR AND CANNABIS COMMISSION #749172

    1 for $5.00; 595 tickets
    2 for $10.00; 700 tickets
    5 for $20.00; 1600 tickets
    15 for $50.00; 990 tickets
    30 for $100.00; 1140 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $9,987.50.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: December 12, 2025 at 12:00:00 a.m. MST

    Draw
    50/50 draw: December 12, 2025 at 7:00:00 p.m. MST

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at 179 WOODRIDGE PL SW CALGARY AB T2W 3R4, CALGARY

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://woodlandsschool.rafflenexus.com/winners on December 12, 2025.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Woodlands Parent Student Council .

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Woodlands Parent Student Council or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    Woodlands Parent Student Council does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: dustinworts@gmail.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  7. 7. Other

    Please email our team at dustinworts@gmail.com should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

By participating in our 50/50 raffle, you’re directly supporting Woodlands School’s efforts to enhance student experiences through improved programs, resources and extracurricular activities. Your contribution will help fund vital projects that enrich learning, promote growth and foster a stronger community. Every ticket sold brings us one step closer to achieving our goals and we deeply appreciate your support!

This 50/50 raffle is open to ALL Alberta residents whether they have family in the Woodlands school or not, please share broadly.

5-Ticket Pack for $20,

    No. Ticket numbers are computer-generated in ascending order starting at a pre-determined number.
